Mini update*

What's up guys!?  So, lately I have been trying to cut weight.  I started a low carb diet last week, and I must say, I still feel good and energetic.  I've got muscle, but I also have some body fat on me that I would like to get rid of.  I'm taking this diet very seriously, so I'm watching everything I eat.  Not saying that before I just ate whatever.  Junk food rarely ever enters my house, it's mostly all the grains.  So, time to eat less grains and more meat! Wish me luck to succeed in cutting some weight at least by the summer!! :]

  1. Find a public swimming pool and a waterproof Mp3 player. Make a playlist and just start swimming laps and drink lots of water. That will really, really help.

  3. Sounds good. There's not really a public pool that I'd like to go to around here besides one, and I'd have to get a membership. I play Ultimate, and run for 2-4 hours straight each time I go to play, so it's a really good cardio workout for me.
